To Friends of St. Simon the Apostle Catholic Church:

The St. Simon Family has gathered, worshiped, learned and played in the spirit of Christian unity, involving many local partners and businesses for more than 50 years. We, the Catholic Community of Saint Simon the Apostle, are prayerful and caring. As disciples of Jesus, our mission is to lead all people to encounter and receive His love. Together, we joyfully celebrate the sacraments, generously serve our neighbor, and educate children, young people and adults in the faith. We pursue God's unique plan for our growing parish and encourage and support each other on our journey to heaven.

This year our Parish also seeks to "grow our presence as an anchor in the local community". We hope that opening our Parish grounds to the community for three days of family-friendly activities including amusement rides, children's games, live local music, dancing, food, beer garden, gaming and more during the weekend of June 8th, 9th and 10th for our 21st Annual St. Simon Festival at this location.

We are currently seeking sponsors for the 2017 St. Simon Festival. We are reaching out to you in hopes that you will lend your company's name in support of the Event. Many different levels of sponsorship are available for your consideration and are outlined on the following page. Joining our Festival as a sponsor could meet both charitable and marketing opportunities for your organization as well as afford the opportunity to support the Catholic community. In exchange for your sponsorship, your company's name will be prominently displayed during the Festival and, depending on the level of sponsorship chosen, in advertising and promotional materials as well. Should you not see a sponsorship level which meets your company's needs, we are also open to unique, in-kind, or trade opportunities. Please take a look at the sponsorship opportunities available and note that all contributions to St. Simon are tax deductible!

By supporting the 2017 St. Simon Festival, you will become an essential component of its success, thereby enriching the fellowship within our community and enabling us to further the mission of St. Simon Parish. We appreciate your consideration and hope that you will find the 2017 St. Simon Festival a worthy outlet for your charitable and marketing dollars. In return, you can expect plenty of visibility at an Event that promises, once again, to be a widely attended (approx 25,000 people) Festival weekend. Presenting Sponsor - $5,000 gift

  • Presenting sponsor of the Event has premier location on all flyers, banners and advertising with right of exclusivity to entry tent.
  • Logo on Event flyers and posters to be placed in high traffic areas throughout Indianapolis, Fishers and Lawrence Community
  • Prominent location and size of logo on all t-shirts
  • Opportunity to display up to 4 (3’x5’) banner(s) at Event (banner(s) provided by St. Simon)
  • Prominent lawn space at Event to promote your Company/Organization during the St. Simon Festival
  • Logo on sponsorship board at Event and permission to distribute promotional literature related to your Company/Organization during the Festival (literature must be approved by Festival Committee 2 weeks prior to Event)
  • Title sponsor recognition on all media communications and social media
  • 1 Reserved parking space close to gate
  • 7 Ride bracelets for full access to rides all 3 days
  • $100 in food and drink tickets

Platinum Sponsor - $2,500 gift

  • Platinum sponsor of the Event has good visibility of all flyers, banners and advertising.
  • Advertisement (1/2 page) on Event flyer/program during event and multiple weeks prior to event
  • Logo on Event flyers and posters to be placed in high traffic areas throughout Indianapolis, Fishers and Lawrence Community
  • Smaller logo on all t-shirts under presenting sponsor
  • Sponsorship of a special activity during the St. Simon Festival (Example: Beer Garden provided by “Your Company”, options include but are not limited to: Kids Games, Inflatable’s, Monte Carlo Room, etc.)
  • Opportunity to display up to 2 banner(s) at Event (banner(s) provided by St. Simon)
  • Booth space (smaller site) at Event to promote your Company/Organization during the St. Simon Festival
  • Logo on sponsorship board at Event and permission to distribute promotional literature related to your Company/Organization during the Festival (literature must be approved by Festival Committee 2 weeks prior to Event)
  • 5 Ride bracelets for full access to rides all 3 days.
  • $80 in food and drink tickets

Gold Sponsor - $1000 gift

  • Company name mentioned during each day of the Event
  • Listed on Event flyer/program during event and multiple weeks prior to event
  • Company name listed on sponsorship board
  • Opportunity to display your Company’s banner at sponsored Festival Event area (banner provided by St. Simon)
  • 3  Ride bracelets for full access to rides all 3 days
  • $50 in food and drink tickets
